4 Debate Topics and Simple Branded Outlines

Debate topics plus arguments and reasons on adoption, trial by jury, freedom amendment, and flu shots to construct your own persuasive presentation essay or forensic session:

People in their 50s are too old to adopt children.

Main Point I Seniors could suffer a poor health when they get older, and thus a lower level of vitality.
II Older parents ar mortal, kids realize that.
III Children can be embarrassed of having older parents than their classmates.

Trial by jury is not objective.

I Individuals who are summoned to jury duty are not objective. (This argument generates a lot of debate topics in itself)
II Selection process often is a political correct procedure influencing the verdict.

IV Antidemocratic institution because members are no elected representatives.
V Risk of voting in favor of the popular public opinion instead of legal perspectives.
