Draw People
by: Clive

Other demonstration speech topics: how to draw a person from a school photo, paint a good looking self portrait, or make manga look a likes.

I think proper proportions are important for drawing people. Distorting proportions can be reached with first drawing a ?skeleton? like figure. And then fill in the clothes et cetera.

How to Draw a Tree
by: Anonymous

Keep it simple. Cartoon lines. Trees are great b/c you virtually can't make a mistake. There are all kinds of trees including, dead, sick, lightning-struck, and imaginary.

So you basically can't go wrong and don't even need talent to draw one.

Drawing
by: Zarah, Boston

Tell your public speaking speech class about the things you need for drawing and sketching. Like charcoal, pencils, ink, pastel crayons. And show some demo examples of famous art artists. Or - if you can draw very good - ask a volunteer to be a model and explain figure drawing and portraying human faces whil applying these techniques on the spot. You have to demonstrate while talking, so it's a challenge. But it pays you off if you succeed :-)
