I like to thank my husband, who has been so supported and understanding when I had to go out to meetings, I like to thank my son who sits on the steps at home waiting for his mommy to come safely.

We never know how we affect the lives of our family and friends on the journey we call life.

Today isn’t about Wanda Soares Nottingham, from Maryland by-way-of New York. No, this is about the legacy of a phenomenal African American Women. A women who got was determine to make a difference for her people.

It is about making one persons dream a reality, it’s about keeping the torch lit for entirety.
